HOW TO BOOK A FLIGHT?

We are happy to satisfy our clients request 24/7 every day.
PAYMENTS
We request the payment in advance before the flight, this can be done by Credit Card and Bank Transfer.
Only for Amex we have a surcharge of the 4%.
LUX TAX
Lux tax is an italian Governal charge apply for the luxury flights in Helicopter and private Jet.
This will be 10 euro per person if the flight is shorter than 100 km per route. This will be 100 euro if the flight will be longer than 100 km.
HOW MANY LUGGAGES CAN WE CARRY ON BOARD?
The helicopters are all different, we usually have space issue but also heavy limitations. During the booking we are going to give you all the information about the luggages.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of cancellation made by the passenger only by Email (booking@flytowine.com), the following penalties will apply:
Cancellation received before 20 days prior to the scheduled date of the flight will be accepted without penalty.
Cancellation from:
- 19-10 days before the service 30% of full fare
- 9-4 days before the service 50% of full fare
- Cancellation made less than 72 hours 100% of penalty
- No show 100% of penalty. Delay can be caused by the Air traffic controls to maximum 2 hours.
If the meteorology condition doesn’t permit a safe flight we will reschedule or reimburse the 100%
Cloudy sky and light rain are not considered bad weather.
