DEPARTURE

We will pick you up directly from your hotel or villa, and our driver will accompany you to the helipad point in Capena Helipad. Before leaving, the captain will welcome you on board of the helicopter, and he will explain all the necessary procedures for the tour.

FLIGHT DETAILS

You will enjoy a panoramic tour starting from the city of Viterbo and continuing to Tuscany, over the UNESCO site of Val d’Orcia, one of the world’s most beautiful landscapes of the region. Next you will admire the famous city of Siena with its Piazza del Campo, Monteriggioni and finally the Medieval village of San Gimignano, where we will land in Tenuta Torciano Winery to enjoy a typical Tuscan lunch with paired with Vertical Wine Tasting.

ARRIVAL IN TENUTA TORCIANO WINERY (San Gimignano)

Once landed in Tenuta Torciano Winery in San Gimignano the Giachi family will welcome you like a member of their family and make sure you have the most incredible time of your trip. You will enjoy a visit of the vineyards, the cellar and the truffle wood and you will get to learn the wine etiquette and taste a selection of top-quality wines, sitting in the vineyard, in the wine cellar or in an exclusive private room and eating delicious home-made dishes.

Lunch consists of four courses, each of those truffles based and our chef will surprise you with a first quality match between wines and food. During the wine tasting you will be followed by our Sommelier, who will explain the secret of the art of tasting wine with different kind of food. The winery experience consists of a vertical Wine Tasting of 13 Tuscan wines and gourmet products including personal reserves with vintage 1995, 1996-1997 and limited editions.

FLIGHT TO MONTALCINO

After the experience in Tenuta Torciano let yourself be guided by the most scenic roads of Tuscany, a true Italian treasure. You will overfly the historical town of Monteriggioni, Siena, with its famous Piazza del Campo, smooth hills of Val d’Orcia area and Montalcino. One of the most beautiful gems in Tuscany is in Val d’Orcia, with its pure landscape, is part of the UNESCO World Heritage sites. The whole valley is stunningly gorgeous with cypress roads, endless views of the hilly landscape and its little medieval towns all charming and worth visiting.
You will enjoy a visit and wine tasting of typical and famous wine produced in this area: Brunello! It has become one of the most sought-after DOCG wines by wine connoisseurs from all over the world. Its depth of flavor and full-body feel make it an instant favorite among red wine lovers. Aged for at least four years and made entirely of the Sangiovese grape, this elegant red wine offers a fantastic opportunity to explore different wines of Tuscany.

RETURN

Flight back to the helipad and from there a private driver will accompany you to your accommodation.
